RESERVATION/CANCELLATION POLICY 2026
PORT DISTRICT NO. ONE WAHKIAKUM COUNTY, WASHINGTON

Reservations for the Districts lodging, camping and RV facilities may be made up to one (1) year in advance
Purpose
-
This policy states the District's expectations for reservation of the District's facilities.
Scope
-
This policy applies to all District's staff and the public in general. It applies to any person using the District's facilities.

Standing Reservations must be renewed within five (5) days of each stay. Failure to renew with in five (5) days will cause the reservation to be opened to another customer. All reservations are subject to any and all changes in rate structures imposed by the District. No notice of rate changes will be provided, except as required by law.
The District has the right to require a minimum number of reserved nights.

CANCELLATION FOR RV, YURTS AND CABINS
$40.00 charge for cancellations made seven (7) days or more prior to scheduled arrival.
One-night stay's charge for cancellations made less than seven (7) days prior to scheduled arrival.

CANCELLATION FOR DRY CAMP SITES.
Dry Camping - $40.00 for all cancellations
No-shows: Will be charged for 50% of reserved dates
If a customer is a no-show or cancels their reservation said customer loses the opportunity to hold the same reservation for the next year. (Spring Salmon Season, Bald Eagles Weekend and Fall Fishing Season)
Early departures require that customer pay for number of nights stayed plus 50% of the remainder of their reserved nights. (Spring/Fall salmon season)

Shortened Stays/ Cancellations – If a customer shortens or cancels their reservation during Spring or Fall Salmon Season, they will need to pay for 50% of the days removed if they want to reserve the same length of time for the following year.

No Charge for change in Cabin size, Site #, or date of stay
Check out time is 11:00 AM
